EllisDon announces new leadership

Mississauga, ON— EllisDon announces the appointment of Paul Trudel as Vice-President, People and Culture. Paul will assume his role and responsibilities effective immediately and will succeed Rosemarie Lipman who has entered the new role of Senior Vice-President, Enterprise Intelligence.

Prior to joining EllisDon, Paul spent the last five years working with PCL where he led the employee onboarding program, the Leadership Academy, and succession planning efforts. Before that, he served as Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Hotels for eight years where his experience in this industry is expected to directly benefit EllisDon’s service philosophy, employee first purpose, and continued evolvement of Cradle-to-Grave services.
