CF Rideau Centre revitalization complete

This three-year, $360-million redevelopment project, included the addition of a new dining hall; a complete interior renovation and 230,000 square foot expansion; a new three-level underground parking garage; and a new exterior façade, will revitalize and enliven the downtown core providing tourists and residents with an enhanced shopping experience.

PCL Construction’s deputy CEO Dave Filipchuk also passed along congratulations, “This three-year project was the continuation of an excellent construction relationship between PCL, Cadillac Fairview, and CF Rideau Centre. These strong relationships helped ensure successful outcomes for all involved.”
